Lovely comfortable and clean chalet. However, we paid up front for 4 days on the 3rd morning we were basically thrown out as Christine had made a double booking and the other couple were arriving that day for a week. Well what can you do, we packed and left as soon as we could and had expected some sort of small compensation for the inconvenience her mistake had caused us. Instead we had to pay the full price for the 2 days and full price for the heating for 4 days instead of the 2 days we spent there. Due to the fact that she only speaks French, no English or Dutch it was difficult to communicate. This was our 2nd disappointment during our short stay in Vencimont in Belgium. So much of Belgian hospitality. PFFFFFFFF
