Bright Start is an awesome organization! They have been a HUGE help with my daughter for close to 20 years. I could not have gotten my daughter the help she needed if it weren't for Bright Start. My daughter's current case manager, Amber Kelley, has been totally top notch! She is thorough, kind and willing to answer any question that may pop up. I am so glad I chose this agency to manage my daughter's services. The value of their assistance cannot be overstated.

Bright Start has been great with our child's needs. His case manager, Amber Kelley, has always been helpful to make sure he has everything he needs. I know that I can always contact Amber if I ever have questions about different resources. Thanks to Amber, we were able to get information to participate in our first Wings for All event at the airport...and our son got his first experience in an airplane. He loved it! Amber is always very considerate of our needs, and we love having her as our son's case manager.

We have been very pleased with bright start and specifically Amber Kelley. We have been through a few agencies and never have found someone like Amber. She is very knowledgeable and efficient in all she does. She truly cares about

Bright Start is a wonderful organization that has been so beneficial to my family! My youngest son received speech and OT services. An added bonus to Bright Start is that you also have someone from their staff offer support/help with all the things related to your child's development. Jenni Steyne in Columbia SC is such a blessing to our family! She is the BEST! She is caring, a great listener and always helped me figure out solutions to challenges I faced with my son. Carrie Reynolds is our speech therapist and she is amazing too! She not only helped my son but she offered support to me too which I really appreciate. Carrie is kind and patient and always helped me feel comfortable with what we were doing. My son is a thriving 3 year old now thanks to Bright Start!

We've been with Bright Start for a few yrs now and they are a great service to work with. My son has autism and the services they provide are superb! Our original case manager made a career change and was replaced by Bryshonda Sawyer, and she's doing a fantastic job at making sure our son's needs are met. Plus, she's very knowledgeable about sharing other programs that my son may qualify for.

Bright Start has been a tremendous blessing to my family. They have given us resources that not only helped my son who was eligible for the services, but all of us as a whole. Jenni S. is our EI and she has guided/provided me with tools and needed services for my family. She has been wonderful to work with and we all enjoy seeing her every week to work on our goals. I don't know what I would've done or where I would've even started without Bright Start and Jenni. We have seen so much progress with my youngest son's speech/development that probably wouldn't be there without these people and resources! Very thankful for the journey!

My child absolutely adores their Early Interventionist, Mrs. Sierra! They light up every time Mrs. Sierra pulls up to the house. In fact, "Mrs. Sierra" was one of the first names that my child could identify. They definitely have a special bond. My child has made more progress with Bright Start services than with any other service providers. The folks at Bright Start really care about kids and helping them. I feel that Bright Start does a great job of informing parents of their options, allowing parents to make decisions, and assisting parents in advocating for the best services. I trust them 100%. I couldn't ask for a better organization or Early Interventionist to work with our family.

I love Bright Start. When we transferred my son’s early intervention there I was so pleased. He later began to receive case management services and his case manager Bryshonda Sawyer was awesome! She gave me so much information on waiver services, etc. Great organization!
