Il y a quelques années nous avons fait appel à cette agence pour vendre un bien familial, quand nous nous sommes rendu compte de la mauvaise qualité de service nous avons fuit. Elle vous attire en disant qu'elle prend que 6% puis quand vous lisez scrupuleusement il s'agit de 10%. Elle nous a fait baisser le prix du bien considérablement sans jamais le poster officiellement sur son site. il est resté dans la case "à venir prochainement". nous avons découverts qu'elle avait un réseau privilégié et qu'elle fait baisser les prix pour ces derniers. Nous sommes passé par une autre agence et nous avons pu vendre le bien à son juste prix. Et nous avons du réclamer les clés pendant des mois pour les récupérer malgrès les appels, les courriers, ect. Une vrai déception.

My partner and I recently bought a house in Caunes-Minervois. Since we had certain things that we really wanted in a house and garden and Village we looked in many many places around the area before settling an our house in Caunes.
The owner of the agency Allure France, Paola Gregorius, worked with us. She was professional and very patient. But, above she was knowledgeable and gave us realistic and honest evaluations of what we could expect to get for our money.
During the first signing and the final closing of our property she worked with us and translated every single word of the agreements that we had to sign she explained everything in detail and the ramifications of everything including how we should hold the property. In truth she acted more professionally than the notary. And, was better prepared then most title agents and lawyers I have dealt with in the United States when buying other properties.

Allure France is a very professional agency. We bought houses, all went 100% well. Paola Gregorius did a very good job. Thank you. I only can recommend this agency to anybody who is looking for a property in the Minervois!

Awful! Paola Gregorius made the process of selling our house unnecessarily complicated and not at all transparent, so much so that we thought that it was deliberate. We were kept bemused as she changed what we had to pay for, acronyms we didn’t understand and put us under pressure to make decisions very quickly. Initially, she wrote down what her commission would be (about 6%) but then deep in the Procuration she silently put it up to 9%- I don’t speak French as a first language so I didn’t pick it up immediately. When confronted with our concerns, Paola frequently ignored our questions when it suited her. I wouldn’t say that she acted illegally but Paola didn’t act in our interests and, I suspect, the interests of the buyer but rather very much of her own!

I worked with Paola at Allure France to buy my new house in Caunes Minervois. The service was highly professional. I was well advised and the multi-lingual communication and knowledge of the area from such an experienced agent was crucial to my feeling confident about my new property. Highly recommended!

Allure France were hired two years ago to sell my house. Nothing happened so I asked to take it off the market. Since then I’ve been attempting to get my house keys returned but have had no response despite repeated calls, emails and texts. I’m hoping this review will prompt a reply. If Allure France has lost them, then just say so!

I write as the husband of Sukey Silvester (yes it is a real name) and brother-in-law of Jago Kitcat, who is also a real person.
I listened in to the the drawn out process of selling their parent's house. The account that Jago gives is totally accurate and not small-minded or petty in the least. Clearly the French system differs from the English but the partial information given and the increased commission taken was hugely surprising and caused considerable upset to both my wife, her parents and brothers.
Reviews are a way of people reflecting on the service they had. Attempts to sanitize them shows a lack of humility and preparedness to act on the information gleaned to improve the service offered for future customers.. which is surely the whole point. Everyone makes mistakes and learning from them is a important lesson in life.
