Starbucks no longer allows customers to access the milk and cream, resulting in many mistakes. This Starbucks has repeatedly got my, and my friends’, orders wrong. For example, on more than one occasion I ordered my usual grande Pike with 2 cream and received the coffee black, with a drop of milk, or a drop of cream. My friend ordered an Earl Grey tea black and received it with a lot of cream! The baristas here repeatedly get the orders wrong. There are not enough individual tables or seats, so you have to sit at a long high communal table, which is not comfortable. The washrooms are locked so you have to ask for a code. This is one of the worst Starbucks I have been to, and I will have to avoid it in future. The employees need better training and there appears to be no quality control whatsoever. Look at the attached picture of a grande pike coffee with 2 cream and you will see why I’m dissatisfied.

I always try to avoid Starbucks like the plague because I find their product just a sheer Anericanism ,designed for natives who don't know any better. However ,this morning I found myself here with nothing else open at the time ,so I bought a Pumpkin Spice Latte. It was still a slow day but it took them 10 whole minutes to make it. Preposterous!

I'm a regular here and I've always had a great experience, only issue I ever experience is having to listen to entitled rich folks harass batistas because they've got nothing better to do with their lives. The baristas here are really good at their jobs in all honesty (knowledgeable, friendly, fast), and I can only see the ill tempers of the choicest clientele here coming from personal issues, not the staff. Don't let the curmudgeons dissuade you.

They never know how to make my coffee correctly. Always too much milk! I keep returning my coffee and asking them how to make it, they continue to add too much milk. When you are paying $7 for coffee, please get it right! I started throwing my coffee out, not going back anymore they suck. Same girl who makes the coffees, honestly listen to what the customer is asking.

I’ve started ordering delivery for convenience, and the order is wrong every single time. Either I receive an entirely wrong order, or there are missing/incorrect items. They also never include straws. Imagine ordering a venti frapp & not getting a straw with it. The quality of service for the price isn’t worth it.

Have had starbucks coffee all across the globe...and have never experienced worse service from a starbucks then here.

The staff is highly ill trained, discourteous. My order was delayed by 20 minutes each time in one day. Rather than acknowledge responsibility they started showing attitude and offering me to take back my money.

Tim Hortons has better service.
Save the brand. Train them better.
